- 1. Enrollment & Course Participation
- 1.1. Students must complete registration and payment before beginning any course.
- 1.2. Attendance is mandatory to receive certification. Excessive absences may result in course failure without a refund.
- 1.3. Students must comply with all safety regulations and instructor guidelines during training.
2. Course Fees & Payment
- 2.1. All course fees must be paid in full before the course begins unless a payment plan has been arranged.
- 2.2. Fees cover instructional materials, training sessions, and administrative costs.
- 2.3. Coupon codes “PLAN25” and “PLAN50” are for payment plan purchases ONLY.
3. Refund Policy
- 3.1. Full Refunds will be given if a student has paid and not been scheduled for any course.
- 3.2. A partial refund will be provided, minus a 25% administration fee based on the full course price, along with the cost of any lessons already attended. If the remaining balance after these deductions is less than 50% of the full course price, that remaining amount will be refunded.
- 3.3. No refunds will be issued if a student has completed 50% or more of the course.
- 3.4. Refunds for extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation.
- 3.5 Typically, refunds can take from 5 to 7 business days to be finalized from the date of processing depending on your financial institution.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- 4.1. Students may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
- 4.2. Late cancellations without 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session with no refund or rescheduling option.
- 4.3. If the training center cancels a session, an alternative session will be offered at no additional cost.
- 4.4. The school may cancel lessons and tests due to rain, snow, high winds, or any other weather condition that is not safe.
- 4.5. Students who are late or no-shows will lose that lesson or course.
5. Conduct & Dismissal
- 5.1. Students must demonstrate respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow participants.
- 5.2. Any misconduct, including reckless driving, harassment, or failure to follow safety protocols, may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
6. Certification & Course Completion
- 6.1. To receive certification, students must complete all required training hours and must participate in the class.
